Our Tai Chi classes feature zero mumbo jumbo but loads of training in neuromuscular efficiency. The health benefits of this low impact fluid motion training are well established. Whether you are seeking greater balance, mental acuity, coordination, heart health, or just a peaceful and beautiful place of retreat from the stress of the week, our classes should fit the bill.
Our experienced instructors understand those beginner students may need a little more help while advanced students need to explore their own techniques. Short term 4 week sessions are put together throughout the year, and custom private classes can be established. Minimum class size 5. Maximum class size 10.
By the time class ends, students often feel less anxious, more flexible, and full of energy.
